The service has access to a private secure server for transferring files and documents thus providing a guaranteed confidential virtual service.  There are no hidden charges and no extra fees for "out of office hours".  Specialising in medical and verbatim interview transcription, all work carried out by Lesley Ann Saunders is checked thoroughly, with the transcribed document being checked against the original audio file for 100% accuracy.  Prices quoted on this website are for verbatim transcription, please contact me regarding alternative pricing.

I have a total of over 30 years' audio secretarial experience with relevant RSA qualifications, including experience running a small retail business and 10 years' experience working as a medical secretary for the NHS.
